How Can I Get Ahead Financially?

This is a topic close to my heart, since I am keenly aware of the importance of my first real estate rental property for my family.

The sad reality is that, according to several measures, the vast majority of Americans (95% of them) end up financially dependent upon the government or family to support themselves at the age of 65.

This is such a sad way to run one’s financial affairs, and it is so unnecessary!

The vast majority of people can do so much better than this!

The reality is that if you simply purchase one rental property during your working years, and allow your tenants to pay that property off for you (via their rents), the results will place you in the top tier of all Americans financially at age 65 (or sooner, if you start earlier).

The typical reaction is: "Well, Shayne, that sounds pretty good, but how can I possibly pull that off? I don’t know how to invest in a rental property, I don’t have the resources, and I certainly don’t know how to manage one."

Solving these problems is not difficult, and the benefits of investing in a rental property will make you so grateful that you took this action!

I think back on my first rental property, and now, not that many years later, I am keenly aware of the many superb benefits that this simple action has brought to my family’s life and me.

This relatively simple act of investing in my first rental property has led to so many benefits in my family’s life! It has led to a level of financial security and financial peace of mind that I simply couldn’t have imagined just a few short years ago.

Now, the simple reality is that there really isn’t an excuse: Most families could do this, most families should do this, and in so doing, get their financial house in order, and achieve financial success and peace of mind.

Getting ahead financially, at a deep fundamental level, brings such pleasure and feeling of accomplishment! I’ve done it myself, and I can help you achieve this!
